Renovated a CMM building to serve as a multipurpose hall.
Established a savings program with 153 members and created additional savings groups for parents in the area.
Supported 70 children in accessing pre-school programs.

In 2011
We renovated CMM building into a community house and Setting up of a playground. We equipped office and class with furniture’s desks and chairs. We Selected children and (re-)admitting them into pre-school and primary school. Provide scholastic materials and other requirements to the 50 vulnerable children in pre- schools and to 102 children in primary school. We employed 2 teachers for the pre-school and volunteers are involved in home work support for children and youth activities. Local leaders launched the community house officially. 50 orphans, vulnerable and 50 other children at 3-7 years join pre-school classes. Training seminars on communication for volunteers for CMM from the village. Training on counseling and communication skills for 6 canceller from HUMURA cooperative. We Established Youth club with 40 members. We trained youth volunteers on saving for life. (VSLA)Village Saving and Loan Association.
In 2010
We provided scholastic materials to over 120 students, school students in Rugarama primary school. We played school fees for 6 infants in nursery school. We pen a bank account for Humura association and contributed some funds. CMM signed partnership agreement with the Northerner partners. CMM stuffs completed capacity building courses in Project management and counseling
